Aaron “Keith” Withrow serves as the President and Director of Business Development of Motorcoach Consulting International Inc., a transportation management company. Geared to the corporate and convention transportation sectors, MCI has nurtured powerful relationships with the front runners to provide a multitude of transportation systems on demand for daily employee and construction crew shuttles, conventions, major sporting events, national emergency evacuation programs, and a host of other national and international programs.

MARVIN FOSTER
Director of Sales/Project Manager
Marvin Foster, Director of Sales/Project Manager leverages over twenty-seven (27) years in the Chauffeured Ground Transportation industry - his role is to ensure that the company and drivers are operating and following guidelines within USDOT regulations as they pertain to passenger carriers. Partner with the Fleet Manager, Dispatch Manager, Human Resource Manager, and General Manager of Operations to manage our vehicles, chauffeurs, and overall company day to day operations.
With many years of experience in Sales, Hospitality and Transportation Management, leadership and problem solving Mr. Foster carries out duties for the firm that include: (1) aligning corporate operations with the organization’s goals and objectives; (2) ensuring the prudent financial operation of the firm; (3) designing cost-effective delivery and pricing options for MCI’s clients; (4) ensure company is meeting compliance requirements with existing safety programs and procedures; (5) recruit, recognize, hire and train those who have sales and management potential. Marvin as a Senior Director has proven leadership skills which develop and empower staff to achieve goals, along with a thorough understanding of the market trends are the qualities which help him in making the desired contribution for the benefit of your business.
ROBERT DOSTAL

In 2021 Bob joined the Motorcoach Consulting International inc. Team. Prior to that Bob has 50 years experience in the Travel Industry and progressed to Senior Vice President of the largest privately owned inter-city motorcoach company in the United States retiring after 20 years of service.
Bob owned and operated from 1993 until 2021 Motorcoach Marketing International, Inc. which was a travel Industry Consulting Company. During that time he was a Special Consultant for the American Bus Association from 1993 through 1996.
Some of the large events that Bob has overseen their transportation needs are Barcelona Soccer Team for 3 years, NBC Transportation, 28 Super Bowls, large conventions throughout the United States, Formula 1.
